This Saturday, is the day that the White Oak Community Day will be happening! The 11 AM fun starts in Heritage Hill Park. The night will conclude with fireworks. Since 1983, The Remains have been providing quality entertainment for Cincinnati for more than 30 years. Their distinctive vocal blend will be an ode to their dedication to music excellence. They play 80s hits as well as classic and pop music. The band’s energy and enthusiasm is sure to make the audience dance! The Whammies will also be performing 80s classics from the 1980s on this celebration of the community.
Miller Park will be hosting one of the screenings on Saturday of The Rock, a music and film series “The rock”. Live music along with food trucks and artist vendors will be available in Miller Park. The movie will be “The Wiz.” Get ready to take a hike and explore the art of bird communication. Participate in Sterchi Farm’s Early Bird Hike starting at 8 am. You can also visit the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum between 11 AM and 5 PM.
This event, which is open to the public, will feature diverse performances, such as yoga sessions for post-natal and prenatal mothers. After that, the park will feature performances by the Allman Brothers tribute band, End of the Line, who will be performing their most popular music. On Saturday, April 27 The Good Green Earth will host the petting-zoo on White Oak Community Day. The petting zoo is located behind the Ring Toss and will include infant goats in addition to ducks, chickens, birds and pot belly porkers. Old and young alike will have fun with this interactive activity. This event is sponsored and organized by the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce.
